Inqaba Biotec values the privacy and protection of the personal information of its customers and other parties with whom it interacts. Inqaba Biotec does not sell personal information. Where applicable, it shares personal information with third parties undertaking work on its behalf only when those third parties consent to the privacy provisions of the POPI Act.
How do we store your personal information?
Inqaba Biotec keeps personal information on a secured, firewalled server and destroys such information as prescribed by law.
Marketing
Inqaba Biotec occasionally sends promotional material about its services and products. If you agreed to receive marketing information, you may opt out at any time by emailing info@inqababiotec.co.za.
Transferring information outside South Africa
Inqaba Biotec may send personal information, including biometric information, outside South Africa for analysis only, subject to your consent and the recipient agreeing to uphold conditions similar to those imposed by the POPI Act.
